Suzuki is about to launch its much anticipated bike Gixxer 250 on May 20. Before the launch, the picture of this new bike and its brochure has leaked. This shows the bike look and its technical dealer. The leaked picture shows that this full-fired bike will be named Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. This bike will hit bikes like Bajaj Pulsar RS2002, Yamaha Fazer 25 and Honda CBR 250R.
It is clear from the leaked picture that the design of Suzuki Jicser SF is inspired by the heavy bike GSX-R model. Sharp and clean lines on the bike firing, fuel tank with sharp-looking look and split seats. Great metal finish is provided on its engine cover.
Engine of Suzuki Gixxer 250 SF:
Leak brochures have shown that this new bike of Suzuki has given 249cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled, fuel injected SOHC engine. This engine generates 26 bhp power at 9000 rpm and 22.6 Nm peak torque at 7500 rpm. The engine is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox.
Suspension and Braking:
According to the leak brochure, the Suzuki’s front sports bike has been given the telescopic fork and Monashock Suspension in the rear. There are disc brakes on both sides. Bike Dual Channel is equipped with ABS. Its fuel tank is 12 liters and the bike weight is 161 kilograms. The price of this bike can be around 1.40 lakh rupees
Sharp firing makes the look of bike great. There are Sharp look LED headlights, clipboard handlars, split seats and multi-spoke 17-inch alloy weils. Its instrument panel is completely digital. The bike has a dual exhaust system, which looks like a 150cc jixer.
The Gixxer SF 250 has a telescopic forks on the front and a monoscope suspension in the rear. Bike Dual Channel is equipped with ABS. Its weight is 161 kilograms. Its fuel tank capacitance is 12-liters. This bike is available in two colors- Metallic matte platinum silver and metallic matte black color.
Comparison with these bikes:
In the comparison of Suzuki’s new bike, there are several 200cc-250cc bikes in the market. Its direct competition is being considered by Yamaha Fazer 25 and Honda CBR250R ABS, whose price is 1.44 lakh and 1.95 lakh respectively. Apart from these, KTM RC 200, Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 and Bajaj Dominar 400 bikes will also compete with this, which are priced at 1.90 lakhs, 1.39 lakhs and 1.74 lakhs respectively.
